Serves 4: Spinach (500g) Garlic (2 cloves - minced) Raisins (50g) Pine Nuts (50g) Olive Oil (1 tbsp) 1) Cook the spinach and drain well. 2) In a frying pan add olive oil, garlic, raisins and pine nuts. Sauté until the pine nuts are golden. 3) Add the spinach, mixing well. 4) Serve warm.
