Poached Quince
Serves 2:
Quince (1 - large, peeled and cubed)
Water (200 ml)
Muscovado Sugar (1 tbsp)
Cinnamon (1 stick)
Cloves (1)
1) Combine all the ingredients and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until the quince is soft - 10 minutes. Serve warm.
