Sea bucktorn pop cakes

Biokia sea buckthorn powder is rich in dietary fiber, vitamins C and E as well as potassium, copper and manganese.
Makes 12 small cake pops:
All-purpose flour (1 cup)
Baking powder (1 tsp) 
Coconut oil (melted - 2 tbsp)  Agave syrup (1 tbsp)
Sea buckthorn powder (1 tbsp)
Rice milk (1/4 cup)



1) Preheat the cake pop machine.
2) Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl.
3) Add 1 tbsp of batter into each cake pops holes.
4) Close the top and bake for 3 to 5 minutes (depending on your machine)
5) Pull them out and let them cool. Enjoy them simple or with a glaze.


PS: If you don't have a cake pop machine you can do them as mini muffins and bake them in the oven.

Strawberry Bread Rolls


Makes 10:
For the dough:
Whole wheat flour (300g)
Agave nectar (30g)
Non hydrogenated margarine (50g)
Instant dry yeast (2g)
Rice drink (150 ml)
Flaxseed (powder-10g)

For the Filling
Strawberry jam (unsweetened - 100g)

For the Glaze
Agave nectar (2 tbsp)

1) Combine all ingredients, in a large bowl, and mix together until you have dough that is sticky and tacky. Dough should clear the sides of the mixer while kneading but still sticking to the bottom.
2) Turn the dough into a floured surface and knead it for about 2 minutes. Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread the jam evenly, leaving a small margin near edges.
3) Starting with a long side, roll to form a tight cylinder. Slice it into 10 evenly sized pieces
4) Arrange the rolls in the prepared baking pan. Cover with plasticwrap and allow to rice for 30 minutes.
5) Preheat oven to 180ºC and bake for 20 minutes or lightly golden top and cooked through.
6) After baking drizzle agave nectar over the warm rolls.

Apple Jelly Pudding


Serves 2:
Apple purée (250g - homemade, sugar free)
Agar-Agar (1 tsp - powder)
Water or Apple juice (2 tbsp)

1)  In a saucepan, combine water and agar-agar powder. Let stand for 5 minutes to soften. Set heat to medium-high and bring to a simmer, 2 minutes.
2) Add the apple purée and cook for 3 more minutes.
3) Pour into a serving dish and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
