Serves 2:
Oat flour (75g)
Whole wheat flour (25g)
Water (200 ml)
Baking powder (1 tsp)
Olive oil (1 tbsp)
Agave nectar (1 tsp)
Dried lingonberries (10g)
Raw chocolate sauce (for topping)
(Waffle machine)
1) Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
2) Leave the batter to "swell" for 5-10 minutes.
3) Preheat the waffle iron.
4) Cook the batter in the waffle machine.
5) Eat the waffles warm or room temperature, topped with raw chocolate sauce.

Blue Waffles
Wholesome, naturally sweetened, full of flavor and... blue :)
Makes 3:
Oat flour (gluten free - 100g)
Soya yogurt (200 ml)
Baking powder (1 tsp)
Blueberry powder (Biokia - 2 tsp)
Olive oil (1 tbsp)
Strawberry jam and soya yogurt (for topping - optional)
(Waffle machine)
1) Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
2) Leave the batter to "swell" for 5-10 minutes.
3) Preheat the waffle iron.
4) Cook the batter in the waffle machine.
5) Eat the waffles warm or room temperature, topped with strawberry jam and soya yogurt.

Mango waffles & Overnight Oats
I already posted about this amazing dried fruits, the mango is really great and tasty by itself but I adventure to try it on some recipes...
Mango Waffles
Makes 5:
Whole wheat flour (1 1/2 cups)
Rice drink (2 cups)
Dried mango (Nathalies - 5 "stripes")
Baking Powder (1 tsp)
Non-hydrogenated margarine (50g - melted and cooled)
Flaxseed (powder - 1 tbsp)
(Waffle machine)
1) Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
2) Leave the batter to "swell" for 5-10 minutes.
3) Preheat the waffle iron.
4) Cook the batter in the waffle machine.
5) Eat the waffles warm or room temperature.
They were so tasty that didn't need any topping :)
Overnight oats with mango

Rolled Oats (100g)
Nathalies dried mango (25g)
Rice Milk (240 ml - or other vegetable milk)
1) Stir everything together in a bowl. Place in fridge overnight.
2) Enjoy!

Oatly Apple and Pear Waffles
Apple, pear and oat drink from Oatly is refreshing and full of taste, great on its one but an amazing add on to this... Super crispy and light waffles!
