Aronia Juice

Aronia berry, besides being very tasteful they also contain a powerful natural blend of polyphenolic antioxidants.
Serves 2:
Aronia 100% Juice (100 ml)
Water (400 ml)
Agave nectar (to taste)

Hazelnut Hot Cocoa

It’s such a simple recipe it’s almost a non-recipe. The hazelnut taste combines with the cocoa in a rich fulfilling way!

Serves 2:
Rice Drink with Hazelnuts (500 ml)
Cocoa (4 tbsp - powder, organic)
Agave syrup (1/2 tbsp)

1) Pour the rice milk into a large pan, and bring almost to the boil over a medium heat.
2) Spoon the cocoa and agave into the hot rice milk, give it a good whisk and serve with some little rice cookies. These cookies are made with rice, spelt flour, rice syrup and rice drink with calcium from vegetable source... and they are yummy!

Açai and Strawberry Oat Smoothie

A blend of goodness from Oatly and High Tech Scandinavia. Refreshing after a great run in the Swedish Autumn sun.
 
Serves 2:
Strawberries (100g - frozen)
Banana (1)
Açaí (powder - 1 tsp)
Oatly oat drink (400 ml)

1) Blend everything until smooth. Enjoy!

Hot Cocoa

Hot cocoa is a deliciously warm and comforting drink. This vegan fortified version it's even better :)
Serves 2:
Rice Drink (450 ml)
Cocoa (4 tbsp - powder, organic)
Maca (1 tbsp - powder)
Dark Muscovado Sugar (1 tbsp)

1) Pour the rice milk into a large pan, and bring almost to the boil over a medium heat.
2) Spoon the cocoa, sugar and maca into the hot rice milk, give it a good whisk and serve.

Strawberry-chia-coconut smoothie

And the first Provamel experience: a refreshing dairy-free smoothie filled with strawberries, chia seeds and a great coconut taste!


Serves 2:
Strawberries (100g - frozen)
Chia seeds (1 tsp)
Rice and coconut drink (400 ml - Provamel)

1) Blend strawberries, chia and coconut rice milk until smooth.

Strawbanana Chia Smoothie


2 servings:
Strawberries (10 - organic)
Banana (1- ripe)
Rice Milk (500 ml - fresh)
Chia Seeds (1 tbsp - soaked overnight)

1) Peel a ripe banana and break it into small chunks.
2) Pour the rice milk into a blender add the chia, banana and strawberries. Blend it up until there are no chunks left.

Agua de Guanábana


Serves 2:
Soursop (500g - pulp)
Muscovado Sugar (25g)
Cold Water (100 ml)
Cinnamon
Ice (2 cubes)

1) In a blender add all the ingredients.
2) Blend it up for 2 minutes.

Mint Tea



Serves 6:
Mint (10 sprigs fresh)
Green Tea (15g - leaves)
Muscovado Sugar (25g)
Water (1L)

1) Boil the water.
2) Place half of the boiling water into a tea pot and add the mint, green tea and sugar.
3) Pour the remaining water and let stand 3 minutes.
4) Serve a cup of tea and pour in the tea pot again.
5) Enjoy the tea.

Ginger Tea


Makes 1l:
Water (1,2l)
Ginger (fresh - 10 slices)
Cinnamon (1 stick - opcional)
Lemon (2 slices - opcional)

1) In a saucepan combine all the ingredients and boil for 10 minutes.
2) Strain.
3) Add honey (or maple syrup). Drink warm.

Melon & Peach Smothie


2 servings:
Melon (125g - peeled and chopped)
Peach (1 - chopped)
Banana (1)
Water (500 ml)

1) Peel a ripe banana and break it into small chunks. Freeze the banana for one hour or more.
2) Pour the water into a blender add the frozen banana, the peach and the melon. Blend it up until there are no chunks left.

Peach  (2 - chopped in small pieces)
Banana (1)
Water (500 ml)


1) Peel a ripe banana and break it into small chunks. Freeze the banana and the peach for one hour or more.
2) Pour the water into a blender add the frozen banana and the peach. Blend it up until there are no chunks left.
