Bouneschlupp


Serves 6:
Olive oil (1 tbsp)
Onion (1 - chopped)
Green beans (700g)
Potatoes (3 medium - cubed)
Water (1 l)
Salt, pepper and dill to taste

1) Heat oil in pot.
2) Add in onion and sauté until translucent.
3) Add potatoes and green beans. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
4) Add water. Bring to a boil and let simmer until potatoes are tender.
5) Add salt, pepper, and dill to taste.
