Pak Choi



Serves 4:
Pak Choi (400g)
Garlic (3 cloves - minced)
Fresh ginger (2 tsp - grated)
Soy Sauce (2 tsp)
Olive oil (2 tsp)

1) Shred the cabbage into small pieces.
2) Heat the oil in a wok, add the ginger and garlic.
3) Add the cabbage and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
4) Drizzle with soy sauce and serve warm.
