Serves 8:
Red Cabbage (800g)
Butter (2 tbsp)
Lemon juice (1/2 cup)
Salt (1 tsp)
Sugar (1/4 cup)

1) Shred cabbage very fine.
2) Melt butter in large pot. Add all the other ingredients.
3) Cover and cook over low heat until cabbage is tender, about 20 minutes.
4) Serve hot.
