Coconut Macaroon Cookies

Makes approximately 22 cookies:
Dessicated coconut (200g)
Sugar (150g)
Eggs (2 - Free range or organic)

1) Preheat the oven to 160C.
2) In a bowl combine all the ingredients.
3) Form little round shapped macaroons and place them in a baking tray.
4) Bake for 15-20 minutes until they turn golden brown.
